30-Day Money Back Guarantee

At Izala Designs, we want you to love your jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return Contact us via the online contact us form with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Postage Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as Izala Designs is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons — all earring sales are final)
• Custom or personalised pieces
• Items purchased on sale

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Return postage for exchanges is also at the customer's expense.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. In this case, return postage will be covered by Izala Designs
